This research is motivated by students who experience difficulties in reading the Al-Qur'an, have
not been able to apply the knowledge of recitation when reading the Al-Qur'an and there are even
students who are said to not be able tos read the Al-Qur'an. Apart from that, the time for Al
Qur'an Hadith learning that takes place in schools is very limited so it does not allow students to
focus on learning to read the Al-Qur'an. Therefore, the Al-Qur'an Hadith teacher at MTs Insan
Intellectuals always encourages students to continue studying the Al-Qur'an even if it is not at
school. This research aims to determine the role and inhibiting factors of AlQur'an Hadith teachers
in improving student learning outcomes. The object of this research is the Al-Qur'an Hadith
teacher as the primary data source and students as the secondary data source. The population in
this study were all teachers at MTs Insan Scholar. And the sample was 1 Al-Qur'an Hadith
teacher with a non-probability sampling type of research using purposive sampling technique. This
